Refund policy

You are eligible to request a refund or exchange for an item under the following conditions:

  • The item does not fit.
  • The product is faulty.

To Exchange an Item:

Please return the item within seven days of receipt. Please include a self-addressed bag for us to send the exchanged item back to you. Additionally, please email claire@clairepowell.com with your order number, details of the exchange, and the tracking number of the return shipment.

We will process your exchange within one business day of receiving the return tracking details.

To Request a Refund:

Return the item within seven days of receipt. Ensure that the item has not been worn and that the original swing ticket is still attached.

Please email claire@clairepowell.com with your order number and the tracking details of the return shipment.

Note: There is a $15 processing fee for refunds, which is waived if the item is faulty.

We will process your refund within one business day upon receiving the return tracking details.
